Shipping Information
Our designs are made once your ordered has been placed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order. All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
We believe in our product and are confident you will love it too. If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will accept your return of a unused product within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Once we received the product back, we will inspect and will give you a full return or exchange (excluding the shipping charge). It is imperative that you verify your measurements to ensure the correct size is being made/ordered for you. We do not keep stock on hand so if you need to exchange for a different size, color, etc. it will need to be remade. Please reference the size chart within the listing to ensure the correct size is ordered or ask us prior to starting the production of the order.

Note: Merchandise being returned for exchange or refund must be in the exact same condition as shipped to customer. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements as stated above. Customers must pay the shipping cost to return.
Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 business days of delivery.

Certain merchandise may be returned for a refund within 5 business days of receiving orders. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please allow 48-72 hours to process the refund. After the payment has been processed, the funds make take longer showing in your account depending on your bank.

Custom Orders
We accept request for custom orders. Custom orders are subjected to a design fee in the amount of $15. Two mock-up are included at no additional cost with custom orders. Each additional mock-up will cost $3.00 each. The cost per shirt depends on the art work and colors in your requested design. The amount will be confirmed once the custom order details have been secured and before any products are printed. Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Deposit
At least a 50% deposit is required before any order is started.

Rush Orders
There is a $25 rush order fee applied to all orders that are needed within 7 day.
